• Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the church’s mission, including website management, live streaming, and digital communications.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of all tech-related tasks.

• Oversee the maintenance and updating of the church’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.

• Manage the live streaming of services and events, including video production, sound engineering, and online distribution, to reach both local and remote audiences.

• Provide technical support for church services and events, ensuring that all AV equipment, projectors, microphones, and other technology function smoothly.

• Ensure the church’s digital platforms are secure, managing cybersecurity measures, and overseeing the protection and organization of data.

• Recruit and train volunteers with the necessary skills in IT, AV, and digital media, fostering a team capable of handling diverse tech needs.

• Regularly maintain and update the church’s hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring all technology is up-to-date and operating efficiently.
